1. Returns

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within [30] days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces are final sale.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe or Paystack) within [5-10] business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@tareejewelry.com .

4. Shipping for Returns

  • To return your product, please email us for the return shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value jewelry items.
